    Deliveries are made on TLA transport wherever possible, reputable carriers are used for all other deliveries.


    RETURNS POLICY

    The website owner reserves the right to refuse any request for a product return. If the website owner agrees a product return, the buyer will be responsible for the carriage, insurance, handling charges at the discretion of the website owner and any other costs incurred. Please email sales@tlauk.net to make a product return request and please use the same email address you used when the order was placed. No request for return can be accepted for any parts that were delivered more than 12 months prior to the date that the request is made.
